E-Commerce Web Site Development and Integration
LogiSolve redesigned Minnesota CLE’s existing e-commerce site and redeployed it on the .NET platform. Web page templates and general content pages are managed using Telerik’s Sitefinity content management system. Page templates and content can now be managed directly by Minnesota CLE staff through Sitefinity. LogiSolve also built a complex promotion and pricing engine that allows Minnesota CLE to create complex promotions on the fly. Minnesota CLE can now create many different types promotions that can handle a multitude of marketing scenarios. The site also integrates with Minnesota CLE’s Great Plains system. Great Plains contains all of Minnesota CLE’s customers, products, and data.

Cash Reconciliation System
LogiSolve gathered functional requirements, planned, architected, built, tested and deployed a cash reconciliation system for Allina Hospital & Clinics. The solution was a .Net/BizTalk technical solution and it helped track and reconcile $500M in cash monthly, allowing for the reduction of 20 full-time employees, saving $1.5M annually (cost of system was under that amount), and equally important, allowing for the quick realization and tracking of cash for Allina.

Web-Based Coaching System
Our Client had a strong portfolio of health management services based on telephonic coaching to help customers make behavior changes to improve health (and reduce total medical cost). This portfolio was augmented with web-based customer coaching programs developed in collaboration with an acquisition, but some of these programs required substantial technical re-engineering while others remained standalone.

Claims Migration Program
LogiSolve proposed and won the contract to provide a risk-sharing single-source resource solution for a large group of Sr. Business Systems Analysts at BlueCross of Minnesota. We appointed an experienced engagement manager to perform an extensive and customized screening process to ensure the resources selected were the best fit for the positions. Our engagement manager also assisted with ongoing delivery quality by providing mentorship where needed, and established continuity within the team by sponsoring monthly team meetings, and regular one-on-one and small group meetings. We proposed a creative volume discount pricing structure which helped keep the rates well below their established rate cards.

Organizational Merger
The large brokerage organization engaged a senior-level Quality Assurance Manager from LogiSolve. The Quality Assurance Manager helped handle the entire delivery process from planning to post implementation assessment. Working with other vendor project managers, business analysts, testers and the client’s project team and internal Testing Enablement department, the Quality Assurance Manager developed a comprehensive plan that detailed critical activities, milestones, checkpoints and deliverables throughout the entire project life cycle.

Electronic Medical Record Implementation
The Retail Clinic was sending patient summaries to primary care physicians via US Mail and Fax. These summaries would only get entered into the EMR if the office staff took the time to manually enter the information from the hard copy. The solution created the ability to transmit patient profile information from a retail clinic EMR to the patient’s primary care provider EMR via the Continuity of Care Record (CCR).

Financial System Package Selection
This City had grown beyond its 18-year-old financial system. User departments wanted better, more user-friendly reporting. IT was moving off a mainframe platform and wanted to go to “the cloud.” Finance wanted to maintain the quality and integrity of their current financial operation while at the same time accommodating a growing customer base. The application supporting their financial operation included Utility Billing, Financials, Payroll, and Customer Service. The City also wanted to position itself for the future with self-service customer and employee portals.
