Logisolve Consultants bring a wide variety of expertise to our Client Partners. We look for professionals who are both generalists or specialists, technologists and business consultants. Our Consultants perform in roles across SDLC, Agile and Lean methodology lifecycles. We employ developers, data professionals, project and program managers, product managers, business analysts and a number of individuals in hybrid roles.

What do we look for?

Over our 20 years in business, Logisolve has built a reputation with Clients of being “Trusted to Deliver”. This stems from our focus on hiring Consultants with the right combination of soft skills, delivery dedication and market skills while ensuring we are able to keep our team challenged and motivated to ensure consistency for Clients.

Consultants often have the following soft skills, which are personal qualities that help drive career success:

Self-motivation and self-discipline: Logisolve consultants often work at the client site without their superiors, and must be self-motivated to complete work in a timely manner with minimal oversight.

Organizational skills: Clients rely on consultants to be very organized about their approach to solving the client's problem and implementing the solution.

Analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills: Consultants need to be able to absorb a great deal of information about the client's business, analyze the data and make clear and useful recommendations.

Listening, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills: Consultants need to interact with many of the client's employees at various levels of the organization and must be able to do so with diplomacy and effective communication skills.

Writing skills: Logisolve consultants typically present their work results in the form of reports, manuals, and other forms of documentation that require good writing skills.

Creativity: Consultants must be able to have the flexibility and creativity to handle any situations that arise while implementing solutions for the client, such as a solution that doesn't work as intended, or a problem that has other, unforeseen circumstances.

Logisolve consultants may be helping a client work on a very time-sensitive project, and the ability to deal effectively with stress is another important characteristic of a good consultant.
