The Project Manager, Transformation Management will help to drive our portfolio of enterprise strategic/priority initiatives focused around integrations, acquisitions, technology or business transformation activities that drive optimization. Activities include developing project charters, developing and maintaining dashboards and preparing presentations to executive leadership. It also includes leading or coordinating with cross-functional leadership in a rapidly changing, matrixed organization. In addition, this individual will help drive resolution of cross-function and cross-business issues. An ideal candidate should be an experienced leader with the ability to think strategically and execute on a vision while managing the details. This role will have a high degree of visibility to our executive team and will work closely with senior leaders to formulate the client's strategy in a broad range of areas- developing and managing plans to execute.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a cross-functional resource to help organize and execute against core business objectives for the Integration &Transformation team. 
  • Drive enterprise priorities and coordinate cross-functional teams and executive leadership to develop, report out status and execute on long-term, scalable approaches that support that align with core enterprise priorities
  • Participate in discovery sessions with leaders and subject matter experts in order to define initiatives, understand capabilities/needs, map out processes, set key milestones and identify risks and opportunities. 
  • Develop and manage/track initiative priorities and initiative roadmaps inclusive of risk/issues logs, decision trackers and status dashboards. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure initiative milestones are met and outcomes meet required financial targets and deadlines.
  • Perform current state / future state gap analysis to identify potential risks/issues and develop mitigation plans. 
  • Produce or coordinate with Business Owners to develop detailed analysis and recommended approach for business case development and evaluate opportunities to innovate through new solutions. Write, disseminate and maintain project status reports, meeting recaps and agendas. 
  • Work with operations leaders to evolve planning and execution of updates and ongoing KPIs/dashboards. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.



EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field required
  • Five or more years of healthcare industry experience; operations, finance, or a combination of a related field
  • Proven track record of simultaneously managing multiple, complex projects and delivering on project objectives required
  • Strong analytical background with Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experience in presenting and communicating project requirements, status updates, performance results, and other key initiatives to an executive audience is preferred
  • Consulting experience or equivalent role experience in a high growth organization preferred
