Key Responsibilities
• Drafting contracts for revenue and/or stocking programs, monitoring pricing and stocking level management approvals, as needed.
• Provide oversight for sales force inventory programs, monitoring stocking levels and system support as needed.
• Analyze stock levels and account sales to provide recommendation on inventory efficiencies
• Work as a business partner with the functions to help identify and analyze operational issues
• Conduct quarterly consigned inventory cycle count process
• Respond to account manager/customer requests for specialized contracts, securing internal approvals as necessary.
• Support inquiries regarding price discrepancy and re-bill adjustments.
• Support the sales organizations’ requirements in the development of RFP/contract responses, including customer facing material, and coordination of the contract document requirements.
• Manage rebate accruals, optimizing the ratio of contract accruals to settlements.
• Communicate expiring program and rebate information to Field Sales and Sales Operations.
• Provide the Sales force with the necessary data for extension/expiration correspondence for their customers.
• Extend sales programs and rebates as applicable in current systems.
• Ad hoc reporting and projects as needed
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and analytics. Document and maintain work instructions.

Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.

In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

• Assures that appropriate resources (personnel, tools, etc.) are maintained in order to assure Quality System compliance and adherence to the BSC Quality Policy.
• Establishes and promotes a work environment that supports the Quality Policy and Quality System.
