This position is heavily focused on the business side, not IT. These employees will be supporting multiple different projects that are within different phases. If a new project is added we might transition them to assist with this. The Project will depend heavily on the business need/demand.

 


Day-to-Day Overview:   This role drives business projects, client customization requests, and process improvement projects to achieve financial, operational, and/or customer satisfaction using Prime’s project management framework methodology.

  • Create project plans, schedules and budgets.  Each project will have a general bugdget and they will refine this. 
  • Manage the project according to the plan.  Manage the project budget. 
  • Track and manage issues, risks, changes and decisions.   Facilitate project mitigation strategies to address risks and issues.
  • Escalate issues to project sponsors/owners when appropriate.
  • Write project status reports, prepare committee decks,
  • Work and interact with all levels of the organization.    

Soft Skills:

  • Detail oriented and organized. 
  • Proven ability to execute on project deliverables
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to build consensus and collaboration to achieve project deliverables
  • Works well with people. 

Project Details: Ensure that candidates are aware these PM openings are heavily focused on the business side, not IT. Due to the unknown of the project(s) these employees will be working on, we need to ensure they are someone that is able to quickly absorb, and follow current processes.



 

Years of Experience, Education, and/or Resume “Must Haves”

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with prior experience giving presentations, writing status reports, e-mail communications.  
  • Project budget management
  • Adept at meeting facilitation
  • Can prioritize work
