Logisolve is seeking a Pricing/Financial analyst for our healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s and 5 years of financial/pricing analyst experience. In addition, must have excellent communication and the proven ability to clearly convey complex financial information and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.

  • Title: Pricing/Financial Analyst
  • Rate: The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00-$45.00 dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Pricing Analyst, reporting to the Director of Pricing Strategy, drives the organization’s initiative to continuously improve processes and strategies relating to fees for HealthEquity’s health savings and consumer directed benefit accounts. This team member will primarily focus on analysis, review, and approval of pricing proposals received from Sales and Relationship Management teammates. This team member will also create profit models for complex pricing requests. The role will work closely with partners in Finance, Sales & Relationship Management, and peers in the Corporate Development and Sales Strategy organizations.

What you’ll be doing
• Analyzes pricing proposals received from Sales and Relationship Management teammates, and provides approval or denial with comment based on established deal review guidelines
• Generates financial models to assist in analyzing pricing options for our largest institutional sales
• The teammate will need experience with Salesforce, Excel, and Sales Operations or FP&A activities in order to review and respond to 10-20 requests per day.

What you will need to be successful
• Must have 5+ years of finance/pricing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or other related field is required.
• Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex financial information and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.
