Reflecting on 2025 and looking ahead to an exciting 2026!
Dear Logisolve Family,
As we close out another year, it’s a great time to reflect on the successes of 2025 and look forward to the opportunities that lie ahead in 2026. After a slow start, we were fortunate to finish the year strong, and we already have some exciting projects lined up for the coming year!
Our progress would not be possible without the dedication of our leaders, consultants, and the trust of our incredible clients. We are truly grateful for the confidence you place in us.
In 2025, we had the privilege of working with 58 different clients, ranging from long-standing partners who have been with us since Logisolve’s inception over 26 years ago to new relationships formed this year. These clients span multiple industries, with a strong emphasis on healthcare. Some engaged us for specialized expertise, while others leveraged our talented team of senior consultants to support ongoing initiatives.

Regardless of the need, our mission remains the same: to be a trusted partner
and help our clients achieve their goals.
On the consultant side, more than 225 professionals contributed to successful projects throughout the year. Many have been part of the Logisolve family for
10–20 years, and we deeply appreciate their trust in us to provide rewarding and challenging opportunities. Their commitment and excellence consistently earn praise from our clients and ensure projects are delivered on time and with outstanding results.
Finally, our leadership team, internally known as “Breakfast”, has grown from a small group meeting on Thursday mornings to nearly 30 strong leaders today. While some never attended those early breakfasts, they still ask where the pancakes are! With an average tenure of over 12 years (and some surpassing 20), this team exemplifies dedication, collaboration, and a shared commitment to our vision and core values. We simply could not be where we are today without them.
Looking ahead to 2026, we are excited to build on this momentum, helping our clients achieve their key initiatives while continuing to provide our consultants with opportunities for growth and success.
