Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Business Process Engineering to lead continuous improvement across our enterprise value streams. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional leaders, business partners, vendors, and employees at all levels to drive sustainable operational excellence.

Our organization embraces a holistic Lean Six Sigma approach, assigning Process Owners and dedicated Value Stream teams to ensure high performance across seven key Value Streams. Each Value Stream is supported by a Manager and Business Consultant responsible for evaluating, documenting, designing, managing, and monitoring end-to-end processes and underlying systems.

As the Manager, you will play a central role in translating process improvements into effective implementation—ensuring changes stick. You will leverage your expertise in Lean Six Sigma, project management, and organizational change management (OCM) to lead teams, influence senior stakeholders, and guide impactful, enterprise-wide transformation. This position may include people leadership responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities
