Celebrating Wins: How Small Moments Keep Our Remote Team Connected
By Chris Madden
At Logisolve, we try not to let the big moments or the small ones pass by without a little celebration. Wins can look different for everyone. Maybe it’s finishing a tough project, reaching a milestone we’ve been working toward, or coming up with a smarter way to get things done. What they all have in common is the teamwork, creativity, and persistence behind them.
Since we’re a fully remote team, we celebrate mostly online. That could be a shoutout in an email, recognition during our weekly all-company meeting, or a quick “great job” in Teams. Even from a distance, these moments remind us
that our work matters and that we’re stronger when we take the time to
celebrate together.
Celebrations don’t have to be fancy. Sometimes a simple acknowledgment is enough. Other times, it’s a highlight during a company-wide virtual meeting.
The message is the same: we did this, we made it happen, and it’s worth taking
a moment to enjoy.
Looking ahead, there will be plenty more challenges and plenty more reasons to celebrate. Thank you to everyone who brings their best every day. You’re the reason these wins keep coming.

AI That Delivers: Insights from the Logisolve Leadership Series in September
Logisolve recently hosted its Leadership Series event, “Moving Beyond the Hype to Provide Real Business Value.” A panel of leaders from Centene, Boston Scientific, Land O’Lakes, and Greenheck shared how their organizations are using AI to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and drive growth.
The discussion highlighted that AI works best when aligned with core business objectives, ensuring technology supports strategy rather than leading it. Panelists offered candid insights into challenges, lessons learned, and opportunities ahead.
Special thanks to moderator Phil Almeroth and to Benjamin Youtz for sharing Logisolve’s perspective on the evolving AI landscape. We appreciate everyone who joined us and look forward to continuing the conversation in future Leadership Series events.
