Trusted to Deliver

Happy Monday! In this week’s edition of The Solve, Director of Capabilities Phil Almeroth shares reflections from his recent experience at Project Summit / Business Analyst World Chicago. Phil discusses how evolving technologies like AI and hybrid delivery methods are reshaping how teams deliver products and projects—and why maintaining a balance between high-tech innovation and high-touch collaboration remains essential for real success.

Reflections from Project Summit/Business Analyst
World Chicago

By Phil Almeroth

Earlier this month, I spoke at Project Summit / Business Analyst World (PS*BAW) in Chicago, part of a series of North America’s largest gatherings for business analysis and project management professionals. I connected with numerous individuals who are passionate about improving how we deliver products and projects in today’s fast-changing world.

As modernization and strategic realization capabilities like AI, Hybrid Delivery Methods, and xOps continue to evolve, teams often let tools, methods, and “doing the work”  overshadow the true objectives of their initiatives. Sometimes, these capabilities even replace the people, processes, and tools we currently
rely on. In my session, “Real Life Product & Project Delivery in an AI World,”
I emphasized how to integrate new methods (High Tech) while reinforcing the importance of genuine engagement and collaboration (High Touch) to bring
great ideas to life.

I focused on how teams can integrate AI and automation into their workflows while preserving the human collaboration that truly enables success. We examined real-world examples of organizations striking that balance: leveraging new technologies without sacrificing the communication, trust, and teamwork that lead to strong outcomes. In our Q&A time. We exchanged real life examples of how organizations and their teams are already using AI in practical ways, from enhancing planning and reporting to enabling faster, more informed decision-making.

Throughout the conference, one theme consistently stood out: people still value human connection over tools. Despite rapid technological advancement, success still hinges on how well teams communicate, collaborate, and adapt. I left the event energized by the ideas and enthusiasm of the people I connected with, and grateful to have represented Logisolve. The energy, ideas, and experimentation around AI were inspiring, and a reminder that when we make technology work for people (not the other way around), we unlock real potential.

AI That Delivers: Highlights from the Logisolve
Leadership Series

In September, Logisolve’s Leadership Series, “Moving Beyond the Hype to Provide Real Business Value,” brought together leaders from Centene, Boston Scientific, Land O’Lakes, and Greenheck to explore how AI is transforming their organizations.

The panel highlighted that AI delivers the most value when it supports business strategy rather than drives it. Thanks to moderator Phil Almeroth and Benjamin Youtz for sharing Logisolve’s perspective, and to everyone who joined the discussion on the future of AI in business.
