The client found that their existing Health & Wellbeing platform lacked the necessary features, flexibility, and functionality to remain competitive. Clients sought enhanced features and flexible incentive programs for their employees. To address this, the client decided to replace their current WebMD platform with Sharecare, which offers comprehensive and personalized health profiles, access to information, evidence-based programs, and health professionals.

Extensive coordination was required between the client, Sharecare, and Highmark Health Solutions (HMHS).

The client selected Logisolve as their business technology partner due to their strategic foresight, robust project management, and strong technology expertise, all of which were crucial to meet the aggressive deadline.


Logisolve successfully delivered new Health and Wellbeing programs with both basic and advanced features:

Features: Included Health Assessments, Rewards, Challenges, Health Screenings, and Fitness Incentives.
Project Delivery: The initiative was completed on time and under budget.
Integration: Seamlessly integrated the new Sharecare platform with existing Health and Wellness Coaching programs and third-party data management partners.
Processes and Procedures: Introduced effective new processes and procedures to support the Sharecare platform and new programs throughout the client’s customer service, sales support, and account management staff.
Workstreams Managed: Information Technology, Business Operations, Marketing, Consumer & Digital Experience, and Health & Wellbeing Programs, with the help of a Subject Matter Expert from each.
Committees: Organized and managed two oversight committees: Operations Committee and Executive Steering Committee.


As of 2019, over 22,000 members registered for the Sharecare platform.
75% of registered members completed the RealAge Test Health Assessment.
The new solution provided Sales with a better Health and Wellbeing program to offer clients, resulting in several new clients planning to adopt the client’s insurance and Health and Wellbeing programs for 2020.
This successful implementation has not only met the immediate needs of the client but has also positioned them more competitively in the market, enabling better service and new business opportunities.
