Happy New Year (25th in Fact!)

Believe it or not, 25 years ago, the Logisolve name was registered and the trip began to get us to where we are today. It’s been an amazing journey so far – where we continue to maintain the same values and report record years. I can honestly say that we continue to keep these values in mind in everyday business and in our strategies for the year to come.

As a reminder, the 4 core values I am referencing are:

  • Exhibit Trustworthiness and Integrity in all business interactions​
  • Foster a Team-Based and Collaborative environment with our consultants, clients, and internal leaders​
  • Achieve Delivery Excellence through High Quality services, Innovation, and Continuous Improvement
  • Cultivate Long-Term Relationships utilizing the 3 Circle Model of Excellence

Coincidentally, a few previous Solve articles referenced the importance of these values and how we try to keep them in mind as we progress through the year. If you haven’t read ‘Twas the Night before the Night before Christmas’ by Tim Wenner, from a couple of weeks back, it’s a must read. The theme of his great personalized rendition on a classic poem is the foundation of Logisolve’s success. It’s the people. It’s who we surround ourselves with; people with integrity, trustworthiness, and the ability to collaborate as a team. Without that, there is no way a company could be this successful while continuing to grow and provide great value to our clients.

Another article was written three weeks back by John Muraski that referenced a book called ‘Who Moved My Cheese’. It emphasized the importance of anticipating, monitoring, and adapting to change. For a 25-year-old company, that may be a constant struggle. I know it is for me personally. With that said, if you look at our history, Logisolve has focused on continuous improvement and being innovative by introducing several new capabilities/services/products. Later this month, we have our 2023 strategy meeting where we will investigate and brainstorm what we can do to make Logisolve the best place to work and provide the best value and quality for our clients.

Thanks to all of you for being part of Logisolve these past 25 years. The long-term relationships with our consultants, clients, and team members have helped us become who we are today. Look for more announcements throughout the year related to celebrating our anniversary. Happy Holidays and here’s to 25 more!!
