Trusted to Deliver

Happy Friday! In this week’s The Solve, Rob Mohr, Logisolve Owner, COO and Health Science Solutions Capability Lead, shares what has fueled our 26 years of success as we head into the fourth quarter. At the heart of it all is teamwork. Rob reflects on why collaboration over silos and humility over ego matter most, and how those values shape the way we work with each other and our clients.

Stronger Together: The Power of Teamwork at Logisolve

By Rob Mohr

As we head into the 4th quarter of our 26th year, I’m often asked what has contributed to our longevity, stability, and success. Depending on the day,
my answer might vary, but one truth has remained constant since the beginning: our ability to operate as a team. That doesn’t mean it has always been easy, but it has always been our focus. This mindset extends beyond
our internal teams to how we approach projects, solve problems, and partner with clients. Success isn’t about individual abilities; it’s about collective strength. We are in a team sport, not an individual one, and the more we embrace that reality, the more effective we become.

One of the biggest deterrents to success is working in silos. Silos may feel comfortable. They give us control, familiarity, and a sense of ownership. But they also create blind spots, duplicate efforts, and slow innovation. When individuals or small teams operate in isolation, we miss the synergy that comes from diverse perspectives and shared knowledge. Over time, that can hold an organization back more than almost anything else.

The second biggest deterrent is ego. Believing your way is the only way, valuing recognition over results, or viewing asking for help as a weakness. These behaviors don’t just affect one person; they ripple out and undermine trust and collaboration across the board.

To counteract these challenges, we focus on creating an environment where cross-team collaboration is encouraged, information is shared openly, and trust is built between roles. None of that happens overnight, and it’s not always easy, but it’s essential if we want to keep our eyes on the bigger picture: being the best partner our clients and consultants can have.

At the end of the day, our success is built on a simple truth: we’re stronger together. By choosing collaboration over silos and humility over ego, we position ourselves not just to sustain success, but to expand it. That’s how we honor the past 26 years, and it’s also how we set the stage for the next 26. We will continue to grow, adapt, and achieve more together than any of us ever could alone.
